First off, great staff. Very attentive. I've been here for years and at one point had 3 units without any problems. I have recommended Sentinel Self Storage to others and they too have had a good experience.
However it has been 3-4 months and I still have not received my security deposit back. I realize this is in part the fault of the previous owner of the facility but this is inexcusable.
Clean, great customer service. Make sure you check space before you rent though. I rented a 5x10, which is really a 3.5 ×10. It took 30+ minutes to store a sofa....
excellent, clean, nice staff, climate controlled. made moving a breeze.
the pavement dip by the exit (around the drain) needs to be fixed. otherwise great storage facility!
Clean, well lit and 24hr access for customers.
